Return Policy

Because all orders are custom built to your specifications including art type, size, image, etc., orders may not be returned or refunded.  We provide accurate representations of all images and a view of the final art prior to ordering – so we recommend a careful review of all order details and images prior to completing your order.  Note that many of the photo images represented in our collection have an artistic effect known as Bokeh – where the foreground is clear but the background is intentionally out of focus.  If this is not the effect you’re looking for – we encourage you to select images that do not have this Bokeh effect.  The image you will see on screen -  once you select your art finishes - are accurate representations of the art you will receive.  Also note that not all computer screens show colors the same way – but be assured we use the highest quality images to print our art.  If you are concerned about how an art piece will look – feel free to reach out to us with any questions or concerns in advance of ordering.  Taryn@designdecorart.com
