Shipping Damage

We take every precaution to ensure your custom artwork arrives in perfect condition but, in the unlikely event that there is visible damage to the packaging due to carrier negligence– we recommend the following:

  • If visible damage to the outer packaging is minor – have the carrier note the damage and take pictures if possible.  After inspecting the contents – if any art is damaged – contact us within 72 Business Hours of package receipt at:  mary@designdecorart.com -  and report the damage along with order # and available pictures of the packaging and damage.  We will replace damaged art at no cost and ship replacements as quickly as possible.
  • If visible damage is significant to the point you feel any or all the contents are damage – we recommend you refuse the order.  After taking pictures of the outer packaging - contact us at:  mary@designdecorart.com and report the damage along with order # and available pictures of the packaging and damage.  We will replace damaged art at no cost and ship replacements as quickly as possible.
